I'm not talking about the new-fangled kind of "Pilates" inventions, but the classic pieces of the puzzle that can really aid you in you routine.

Also, you have to be aware of the portability and size so that the mat will be something that you can use without hassle. Thickness of the mat is another consideration that must be weighed.
