Everybody knows that, but lots of people, despite knowing this, don't manage to do what's expected of them, giving the excuse that they're busy! This is totally unacceptable! Your body should always come first and giving that an hour a day to your body's desires should actually not be an issue.

Another important part of keeping fit is getting sufficient rest. So if you are working diligently in the day, then ensure you get sufficient rest 7-8 eight hours per day.
